Where do I find my tracking number?
It's in your shipping confirmation email, sent as soon as your order ships. Check your junk or promotions folder if you can't see it.
My tracking isn't showing anything yet
That's normal for the first few days. Tracking can take 2–4 business days to start updating after your order ships.
It's been "In transit" for a while
Parcels travelling internationally can go several days between scans, especially while clearing customs. It's still moving even when the status doesn't change.
My order hasn't arrived in the expected time
Email us with your order number and we'll look into it for you. Delivery times exclude customs delays.
